Aaron Wong

Aaron Wong is the Founder of AQI (Arrow Quality International), the first and leading Chinese consulting firm for Entrepreneurs and Small to Medium-sized businesses. Aaron is an extremely fluent speaker of Mandarin Chinese, and proficient in Cantonese Chinese (so he claims). He has over 7 years in the translation industry in positions of freelance translator and contract Federal Government linguist. Aaron has been involved in many business ventures that include selling his family cherries when he was 10 to a computer business when he was 13 to sending English teachers to China and Taiwan to teach English at 24. He has always been known to have extremely strong organizational skills and a knack for business. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2 years with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Chinese and Asian Studies; and received his Masters in Management with an emphasis in business management from Colorado Technical University with a 4.0 GPA. Aaron received his MBA from the University of Utah in the spring of 2007. He also currently serves as the Secretary of the Executive Board within the Board of Directors for the Lehi Area Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer Business Counselor for SCORE, and a Student Mentor for the University of Utah SMART Start program.

Jason Barber

Born and raised in the charming coastal village of Coos Bay, Oregon, Jason has a deep love of the outdoors and all things green. He is happily married, and comes from a family of four boys, including a fraternal twin brother that looks nothing like him.  He loves to eat beef jerky, gummy candy and vanilla ice cream.

Jason spent two years from 2001-2004 as a resident of Taiwan and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.  He does not speak a word of Cantonese, but loves the food.  Jason studied Asian Studies and Chinese language at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  Jason has been actively involved in entrepreneurial groups at BYU as a student as well as participating as a local business owner.  Jason was a 2005 winner of the Mind Your Own Business student Entrepreneur scholarship.

Jason has been an entrepreneur since his return from Taiwan in 2004.  He is the co-founder of the trendsetting ergonomic office seating company, Seatability.  Jason is also the co-founder of SweetSeating, an office chair specifying and retail company.  He has a passion for Chinese business and cultures alike.
